Where is your business losing customers?

Between the first enquiry and the signature, there are stages where prospects slip away. In 10 working days, we find them, quantify them with your own data and tell you in what order to fix them.

First things first

Is the audit right for you?

We need a minimum of material to analyse. If you are not there yet, we will tell you in our first conversation.

Who it is for

  • Businesses, firms and experts already receiving enquiries: website, ads, referrals, trade shows
  • Who do not know how many enquiries they lose, or at which stage
  • A business owner or sales lead who can grant read-only access
  • At least 3 months of sales history, even if imperfect

Who it is not for

  • A business with no data at all: no pages, no enquiries
  • Sectors with tightly regulated advertising and no legal counsel of their own (financial investments, healthcare)
  • Anyone wanting an immediate build: the audit diagnoses, it does not build
What we look for

Leaks that nobody puts a number on

They need checking in every business, but we come across them often. The audit tells you which ones apply to you, and what they cost.

01

Responses that are too slow

Enquiries left waiting hours, sometimes days, before a first contact.

02

An unclear journey

Pages that explain the offer poorly, forms that are too long, no way to book a meeting.

03

Qualification by gut feeling

No written questions, missed meetings never followed up.

04

Quotes with no follow-up

No CRM or a poorly kept one, proposals sent then forgotten.

05

Advertising without measurement

The cost of a click is known, rarely the cost of a signed customer.

06

No shared numbers

Marketing and sales do not look at the same numbers, so nobody sees the loss.

Scope

What the audit covers, and what it does not

From advertising to post-quote follow-up: pages, forms, qualification, meetings, CRM, follow-ups, metrics.

Included

  • A preliminary questionnaire and collection of your baseline numbers
  • A 90-minute scoping session
  • Read-only review of your pages, forms, meeting booking, CRM, emails, ad accounts and analytics
  • A “mystery shopper” test: an enquiry sent to you, with response time and quality measured
  • Your funnel quantified over the last 3 available months
  • Leaks estimated in euros, with the calculation and its assumptions
  • Ranked recommendations, including at least 3 fixes you can make without us
  • The 90-day plan and a 60 to 90-minute presentation
  • 15 days of written questions after the presentation

Not included

  • Any implementation (pages, CRM, campaigns, automations): that is the job of the Revenue Engine
  • Legal, accounting or tax audits
  • A full audit of your SEO, brand or content
  • Write access to your tools
  • Training your team
  • More than one entity, main offer or market per audit

Presentation

Report, spreadsheet and 90-day plan, presented by video call.

The 10 working days start once we receive access. Price: €2,000 excl. VAT for one entity, one main offer and one market, credited if you continue with the Revenue Engine. We commit to the work and the measurement, not to a revenue figure: no guarantee of revenue, enquiries or sales. Potential gains are given as orders of magnitude calculated from your numbers, never as a promise.

What the report looks like

Three pages from a typical report. A fictitious company with illustrative numbers: this is not a client. Your report is built with your own data.

3 priorities

  1. Call back every enquiry within 2 working hours.
  2. Follow up every quote on day 3 and day 10.
  3. Track cost per signed customer, not per click.

The summary fits on one page: where you stand, what it costs, where to start.

Finding 1. 11 of 42 enquiries are never called back. At the signing rate of contacted enquiries (4 out of 31), that is about 1.4 lost sales per month.

Finding 2. 5 of 9 quotes get no follow-up after being sent.

Every stage is quantified, with the source of each number. Missing data becomes a finding in itself.

Frequently asked questions

Before you request the audit

Is this a sales meeting in disguise?

No. The report has value in its own right: it contains at least 3 fixes you can make without us, and no sales pitch. The Revenue Engine only comes up if the plan justifies it.

Do you guarantee results?

No. The audit measures and recommends. Losses and gains are estimated from your numbers, with their assumptions written down, and given as orders of magnitude.

What if my data is incomplete?

That is common. The figures are then given as ranges, and the missing data becomes a finding in the report.

What do you do with my access?

It is read-only, used solely for the audit, under a confidentiality agreement. You can revoke it as soon as the presentation is done.

Is the audit fee credited if we continue?

Yes. If you move on to the Revenue Engine, the €2,000 excl. VAT audit fee is deducted from the setup fee. The Revenue Engine and Revenue Engine Plus are on quote, with a renewable 3-month commitment.

What if I do not continue after the audit?

The plan is yours. You apply it yourself or with the provider of your choice, and you keep the report, the spreadsheet and its formulas. Nobody will chase you.

Do you work in English or Spanish?

Yes. Conversations and the report can be in French, English or Spanish.
