Revenue Engine: your enquiries, turned into meetings
Your offer already sells, but enquiries get lost along the way. We build a complete, measured journey, from the ad or inbound enquiry all the way to the sales meeting, then manage it every month against your numbers.
Built for an offer that already sells
The Revenue Engine does not create an offer. It helps the one you have sell better, by closing the gaps between enquiry and signature.
It is for you if…
- You are an SME, a firm or an expert, and your customers are already buying
- You receive enquiries, or can generate them through advertising, but you lose some of them
- You want to know what a customer really costs you
- You can name a point person and grant access to your tools
It is not for you if…
- Your offer is not yet clear: in that case, we start with the audit
- You want “everything, unlimited”: volumes are always set out in writing
- You want to create a programme, a sales video or a webinar: that is the Revenue Engine Plus
- Your sector is regulated and you have no legal counsel
Six building blocks, all connected
Exact volumes are set in the proposal, based on what the audit revealed. Here is what it usually includes.
Offer and message
What you promise, to whom, and answers to the objections that keep coming up. For one offer.
The journey
A landing page, a form that sorts enquiries, meeting booking and a thank-you page.
CRM and follow-ups
Your CRM set up, your sales stages, and up to 6 automated follow-ups: acknowledgement, meeting reminder, quote follow-up…
Measurement
Conversion tracking installed and verified, a dashboard of 6 to 8 metrics, and your starting point recorded.
Advertising
An ad account in your name on one platform (Meta, Google or LinkedIn), and 6 ads made from your images and videos.
Your sales team
A call script and a scorecard for sorting enquiries, presented to your team in a 90-minute session.
The Revenue Audit is included at the start. If you have already done it, its price (€2,000 excl. VAT) is credited.
About eight weeks of setup, then every month
The stages overlap a little: advertising is prepared while the CRM is being finished.
Kick-off
Kick-off session, access granted, offer and message.
The foundations
Measurement, CRM, page, form, meeting booking, follow-ups.
Advertising
Ads and campaigns, script with your team, end-to-end testing.
Go-live
Final presentation, then monthly management begins.
What happens once the system is live
We do not hand you a tool and leave it to run on its own. Every month, we test, we fix and we show you the numbers.
Advertising
Campaigns managed on 1 to 2 platforms, 4 new ads and a test comparing two versions.
Conversion
One improvement tested on the page or the form.
CRM and emails
A CRM kept up to date, up to 4 emails, follow-ups fine-tuned.
Review
A numbers-based report and 45 minutes to decide what comes next, against your starting point.
What stays yours
Your accounts and your data
Ad accounts, pages, CRM and tools are created in your name. If you stop, you keep everything and receive a handover file.
Your ad budget
You pay it directly to Meta, Google or LinkedIn: it never goes through us. Tool subscriptions also stay in your name.
We commit to the work and the measurement, not to a revenue figure: no number of enquiries, meetings or sales is guaranteed. The numerical goal is set with you, based on the measured starting point, and results also depend on your offer, your market and your team. Anything beyond the volumes set out in writing is quoted separately.
Want to turn your expertise into an offer sold online, with a sales video and a webinar? That is the Revenue Engine Plus, which includes everything in the Revenue Engine.
The Revenue Engine in practice
Do I have to start with the Revenue Audit?
Yes. Without a measured starting point, we can neither set a goal nor know what worked. The audit is included, and credited if you have already done it.
How much does it cost?
It is on quote: the price depends on your situation, the platforms and the volumes chosen. It is set out in the proposal, delivered after the audit. Your ad budget and tool subscriptions come on top, paid directly by you.
How long is the commitment?
3 months, renewable in 3-month periods. Setup takes about 8 weeks, then monthly management takes over.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We commit to the work and the measurement: every month, you see your numbers against your starting point and the goal we set together.
Do you use our CRM?
We start from what you already use. If a tool is missing, we recommend one and set it up in your name.
How is it different from the Revenue Engine Plus?
The Revenue Engine helps an existing offer sell better. The Revenue Engine Plus builds and launches an online offer (sales video, webinar) before selling it.
We start by measuring
- A Revenue Audit in 10 working days
- A plan you can apply yourself
- A Revenue Engine proposal only if the plan justifies it
