What one point is worthWhat is one conversion point worth to you?
Enter your own numbers. In 30 seconds, you will see what a small gap in your sales journey adds up to over a year.
Move the sliders
We promise nothing: we show you how much one extra point, or a few prospects won back, weighs in your revenue.
A simulation based on your numbers. It is neither a promise nor a guarantee of results: we commit to the work and the measurement, not to a revenue figure.
How the calculation works
Three multiplications, nothing more. You can redo them on the back of an envelope.
What 1 point is worth
Enquiries per month × 1% × customer value × 12 months.
If 1% more of your enquiries became customers, this is what it would add over a year. With 40 enquiries a month and a €3,000 customer, that comes to €14,400 a year.
Your current revenue
Enquiries per month × share that signs × customer value × 12 months.
This is what your enquiries bring in today, over a year, at your current signing rate.
What winning prospects back would bring in
Enquiries per month × (1 − share that signs) × 10% × share that signs × customer value × 12 months.
We take the prospects who do not sign, win back 1 in 10, and assume they then sign at the same rate as the others.
The “Average response time” slider does not change the amounts: it only shows a message about the effect of waiting. This is a simulation based on your numbers, not a promise. It guarantees no results: we commit to the work and the measurement, not to a revenue figure, and the real numbers are measured during the audit.
