Who it's for

For people who have too many repetitive tasks

You already use your tools every day; you want them to work together, without redoing everything by hand.

It's for you if…

  • You're self-employed, an assistant, a freelancer or part of a small team
  • You already use online tools: email, spreadsheets, CRM
  • You want to automate your repetitive tasks, or show simple automations to your clients
  • You can set aside a few hours each week for 4 weeks

It's not for you if…

  • You're a complete beginner with computers
  • You're expecting quick income
  • You're looking to find clients: that's what Mission Client is for
  • You want one-to-one support
The programme

One week, one stage

Each week, you build one more automation. At the end, you test them and present them.

W1
Week 1

The fundamentals

Thinking in flows: trigger, steps, data, errors. Your first automation.

W2
Week 2

Apps and data

Connecting your apps to each other and moving the right data between them.

W3
Week 3

Bringing in AI

AI as one step (summarising, sorting, drafting), always reviewed by a human.

W4
Week 4

Testing and portfolio

Test, handle errors, document and present your 3 automations.

What you'll have at the end

A portfolio of 3 automations you can demonstrate

Each project is documented: a fact sheet, a diagram and a short demo video, so you can show it.

Project 1

Form, spreadsheet, confirmation

A request comes in through a form, it's logged in a spreadsheet and the person receives a confirmation email.

Project 2

Two synchronised apps

For example: a form feeds your CRM, which sends a notification to the right person.

Project 3

Sorting incoming requests

Messages are categorised automatically, with a draft reply prepared by AI and approved by a human.

How it works

Short, hands-on, at your own pace

Short videos

Practical tutorials to follow at your own pace.

Exercises and resources

Automation templates to import and practical guides kept up to date.

2 live sessions

Two sessions with the group during the 4 weeks, to make progress and ask your questions.

Portfolio assessment

Your 3 automations are assessed, then you receive a certificate of completion (not a certification).

Extended access

The content and resources remain available after the 4 weeks.

No-code tools

Established automation tools such as Make or n8n, with an account in your name. No coding skills needed.

What AI Workflow doesn't do

  • No systematic one-to-one coaching
  • No client acquisition: we learn to build, not to sell
  • No income promises

The rules to know

  • Personal data (GDPR): general reminders, which are not legal advice
  • Letting people know when AI is involved
  • Tools change fast: prices and features are given as of the date stated

A training programme guarantees neither a job nor a level of income: it gives you a method and support. Any subscription to automation tools remains in your name and at your own expense.

Frequently asked questions

AI Workflow in practice

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The tools used are no-code tools. You do, however, need to be comfortable with online tools.

Which tools will we use?

No-code automation tools such as Make or n8n, an AI model used as one step, and your everyday tools: forms, spreadsheets, email.

How much time should I set aside?

A few hours a week for 4 weeks: as a guide, 4 to 5 hours.

How much does it cost?

The fee is presented to you during the clarity call, depending on the programme and format that suit you.

Is it the same as the Digital Academy?

No. In the Digital Academy, AI is a tool used in every profession. AI Workflow is the only programme where automation is the subject.

Will I be able to sell automations?

You leave with 3 automations you can demonstrate. The programme doesn't include client acquisition and promises no income.
