Terms of sale
Essor Groupe's services are reserved for professionals. Each engagement is the subject of a quote, followed by a service agreement signed by both parties; these documents set out the content, schedule, price and terms of the engagement.
- Revenue Audit: one-off engagement, €2,000 excl. VAT, findings delivered within 10 business days.
- Revenue Engine and Revenue Engine Plus: on quotation, with a 3-month commitment, renewable for further 3-month periods.
- Obligation of means: Essor Groupe commits to the work delivered and to measurement, and does not guarantee any commercial result (revenue, number of sales or prospects).
- Advertising budget and tools: paid directly by the client to the platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn…) and taken out in the client's name.
- Governing law: French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution for 30 days; the dispute will then be brought before the tribunal des activités économiques de Paris (Paris Economic Activities Court).
No online payment is offered on this website at present.

What we collect: answers to the website's forms (name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, qualification answers), appointment booking data, and, only if you agree, browsing and conversion data.
Why: to respond to your request, prepare and hold the appointment, carry out sales follow-up, and measure the effectiveness of our pages and our advertising.
With which tools: Airtable (request tracking), Calendly (appointments, linked to Vanessa Journo's Google calendar), Netlify (hosting), and, with your consent, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. No data is sold or transferred. Your data is not submitted to any generative artificial intelligence tool.
Your rights: you can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to its use, by writing to vanessa@essorgroupe.com. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country (CNIL in France, AEPD in Spain).
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact for a prospect; for a client, the duration of the contractual relationship, followed by the applicable legal periods (notably for accounting).
Cookies and audience measurement
The website may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel to measure its traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools are only loaded after you give your consent in the cookie banner.
